- How many pets can I own?
Up to two domestic pets are allowed per household
- Are there sizes and breed restrictions?

- Leash Laws?
Polk County Ordinance states that dogs are required to be leashed in any public/private street, sidewalk, or park. Dogs must remain leashed when outside the home within the community.
*All pets must be current on vaccines and wear all required tags and identification in accordance with state and local laws.
